Rights of the data subject
Under Personal Data Protection Law 91/2025/QH15, staff may request correction of public information or withdraw consent for the processing of personal data.
- Correction requests: public data is synced one-way from HRM — submit corrections via the HR-managing unit (HRM).
- Withdraw consent / complaints: contact the University’s personal-data protection unit.
